XOCHITL QUETZAL Oh my gosh can you even pronounce her name. Maybe we can't pronounce her name but wowzers is she a looker. This a stunning maden has the softest fleece you will ever put your hands on.  She sports the Royal Fawn lineage that has produced progeny that has been sought after across the nation. We were so impressed with this girl as a juvy we had to put her in our breeding pool. She is breed to Snowmass Golden Chaccu.

Daughter of top Peruvian and Chilean genetics, Quetzal is putting her royal foot forward with ribbons at her first 2 shows with very positive comments regarding her regal posture and floating walk from both judges, comments we’ve heard regarding mama, brother, and even Grandmama. The judges’ comments extolled Quetzal’s overall fineness, brightness, length, and lock structure, she has it all!

This line holds their fineness and handle as they age and do so in vibrant color.  Dark brown brother, El Traco Gran Finale won his Dark Bale Commercial Fleece Championship at age 2 at the 2014 IAO, uncle Bandelier was a halter and AOA fleece winner. Sire, Patagonia’s El Traco is an 8 time color champion, and we predict Quetzal will be the mother of Champions too. Breed her to a fine uniform male and watch that baby go!
